This is a Version of my Mod "Timeline: No AE and DIP Cost" without the Timeline Extension.

Description:

This Mod disables Dip and AE Costs for taking Provinces during Peace Treaties.
Plus it sets the Gold Province Depletion Chance back to start at Production 10, and removes the AI Development Cap of Provinces.

Features:

- Disables Diplomatic Cost and Agressive Expansion for taking Provinces.
- Sets Gold Province Depletion to Production Development 10.
- Removes AI Development Cap.

Incompatibilities:

Mods that change the same Values that are changed by this one.
