The gate

Description
Cave Johnson here.

Did you know we had a suggestion box? Me either. But today I was doing my everyday checkup on the facility and found a box full of notes. I read a few and then burned them down. The point is, I know what you guys have been saying. "The turrets are too dangerous", "The goo is too deadly", "The lasers cut my friend in half". Luckily for me, most of those were from 1930.
Anyways, the point is, you want tests to be less deadly? Then how do you expect us to make science? Science can't be made on "non-deadly tests"! Science is made by submitting people to OUR tests, not those "non-deadly tests" you people want me to make! In fact, why not just start your own science facility because YOU'RE FIRED! Not yet though. After this test. And another hundered.

Cave Johnson, we're done here.

V1.1-Forgot to connect the reciever to the gate. Silly me.

Cool! Seems like you don't need a reflective cube (only a regular one) to complete the chamber though

simple but fun and does require a bit of thought to complete

I like it. Again, I keep picturing all your little brain teaser chambers strung into one large masterpiece!

Why thank you. Yeah, I do believe that tests don't need to be hard. An easy test can feel just as rewarding as a hard one, except it takes much less to get to that reward. I found that button and laser tests are best as they're quite versatile.
Anyway, I subscribed to your tests. I'll be sure to play them as soon as I play portal 2.

This one was also nice and easy. I always felt my tests are too easy, but seems that well designed easy tests are entertaining as well. I think you might like my Superposition collection - the maps are only as big as needed and the tests are rather simple to perform.

I got through this pretty quick, but that may have a lot more to do with how much I've played the game and how I think about it in general. I've played many a level (including a couple of yours) that others called easy yet I wasn't quite thinking that way and it took me longer than it probably should have.
Still, I liked it!
BTW, I'm still waiting for my cake!

Try to make the light strips symetrically, it makes less shadows and looks much better :)

clever but i figured it out

hey i think your ideas are fairly clever but since this chamber for example is centered around just one puzzle it becomes to obvious. try to make 2 or more puzzles in one room and reuse elements so that they dont appear so obvious. that way the player has to think a little outside of the box because he thinks that an element would not be used twice. just my thoughts

Nvm that, it was the lastest one. Try my other ones still tho! :D
Thanks for testing btw.
