Description
Add a new item: Drop of Delirium. It will randomly change your tears to have some... effect ;)

Minor spoilers ahead.

The item is a -2 Tear (increase fire rate) and cause affected tears to reroll enemies (similar to the D10).

Based on an idea from /u/The_Payne_Trayne

@u500u500 yeah, it's kinda old by now, and not updated. I'm not really motivated to change it by now (I'm not even sure if I have the source anywhere anymore).

I'll look into it. No promise though, it's been a while, and the API might have changed a bit.

I seem to have encountered a bug... Sometimes the enemy I'm attacking appears to reroll into... nothing. They just straight-up disappear, and the doors won't open even with everything gone. No idea why.

Just published a minor update. Indeed, the way I interpreted the API docs was wrong (or maybe the doc isn't up-to-date ;) ). Anyway, this should fix these issues (and many other with other mods, I assume).
