Report a translation problem
In the interim, try changing your shadow detail to medium instead of high. I find that it makes a huge difference as the game isn't very efficient when calculating light occlusion.
Also note that I have the lights grouped. If you subdivide them more and turn off lights in other rooms it may be better too. I'm looking forward to 6.0 and being able to set up light switches to turn off groups of lights. :)

I like the changes you have made. Other than the fps drop I would say everything is great!
I know lights are resource intensive but the drops I am seeing seem bigger than they should be. It is possible this is an issue at my end.
