After the positive response to my Viking Longhouse in Dawnstar and a couple of requests for a version in Solstheim , here it is.
Just a short distance from the Skaal village the longhouse sits by a small body of water across from the Thirsk Mead Hall. Given that I've used the mead hall as the template for both the interior and exterior of the longhouse it was important that the outer appearance was different from the building across the water. I tried to alter it, to not only fit in with theme but also its location.

What to expect (exterior) :

Firstly, you will need to get there in order for the map marker and fast travel to be enabled.

On your arrival, you may possibly be greeted by some angry wild boar or a pack of ice wolves, as I have not changed anything to do with the map enviroment or it's local residence and wildlife. Dragon attacks may also occur in the area from time to time. For these reasons the longhouse and it's occupants are protected by vigilant guards. Day and night these warriors wield fierce executioner axes for melee and longbow and Nord hero arrow for ranged, they are set to essential and unique. Although they are not the most talkative folk, they add to their surroundings by going about their guard patrols, and using the varius crafting stations or their designated sleeping areas during their downtime. A horse awaits you in the stable. A xmarker has been set for it so it should return should you start using another mount, of course this depends on what other mods you use and their effect on mounts!

A big part of the outer area is the Fish-Hatchery. It is fully working and once you have placed a fish, clammeat, slaughterfish egg or salmon roe inside, it will start to stock the water within the fishing nets with those type of ingredients. Time varies from 1 ingame day for fish to about 4 days for slaughterfish roughly!

(Interior) :

For anyone who has used my Viking Longhhouse in Dawnstar, you will notice the simularity on entering straight away. Alot has been changed however to give this longhouse an identity of it's own.
While the main hall retains the same layout and largely the same overall decoration, all of the interior paneling and flooring has been replaced to give a more "rustic" feel. The lighting has been edited and the background music changed. The childsroom has remained the same, and little has been altered in the bedroom opposite.

Staying on the ground floor, the once master bedroom is now a functioning blacksmiths. A priest's mask-altar takes up the focus in this room.

On the "intermediate" floor you will find a small library, bard's area aswell as an imbuing machine for spider scrolls.

Moving onto the upper floor level, on one side you will find your enchanting and staff stations along with more display cases and storage. On the other side you have your alchemy area and mutiple planters.
Also (semi) on this level is the access point to the master bedroom and treasury. (not at all hard to find but if in doubt use command " tfc " to toggle between views)!

Throughout the building I have incorporated: custom shelf containers, book storage options and for display purposes some large (Flat) upright displaycases. In addition you will see numerous mannequins and weapon/shieldracks scattered about.
Skaal clothing can be crafted at any Tanning Rack. It is set as heavy armor with the Blades armor stats and can be upgraded/enchanted the Stormcloak Officer's headpiece is also craftable along with the Skaal villager's outfit which is light armor.

The last few screenshots show the Custom Family Home "WitchRiser" mod working with this home. BYOH and multiple adoptions compatability wont happen until a later date, but I do hope them to feature in most of my house mods at some point.

awwwww .. its ok. I know it can be frustrating when stuff doesn't work. Hey, its ok, I understand if you don't continue. I hate when what i want to work doesn't work right. Its downright irritating!!!. Thanks anyways for trying. :)

Whats new the CK is bugging out again the Farm mod is ruined have to abandon it , this is why I stopped modding. The creation kit just has too many glitches/flaws in it to be reliable. Had the home at around 70% completion, I might try again at a later date but dont hold your breath! sorry.

@NightShadeX62 , Farm is in the process of making. Am taking it slow as I've not used CK in awhile and need to re-familiarize myself with some aspects of it. So good so far tho. Will keep you updated of progression.

ok cool went in game today to have a look around, was actually thinking of a spot very near Raven Rock. I'll take a look at second location too later. Will update you when started.

@NightShadeX62 Sorry not started on the farmhouse yet tbh simply have'nt been into modding at all lately, intend giving it ago this coming weekend. Once I start on it I'm sure my interest will return. If you can please let me know if you have a particular location preference on solstheim for the house.
