Requirement:

1) 10 Omnislash Kill
2) 'Name Tag' item for change item name

Step by Step:

1) Click 'Item Details' on Juggernaut arcana or double click
2) Change Juggernaut arcana name using 'Name Tag' (Click Edit Icon Beside The Name)
3) Click the unlock button at 2nd style
4) Now you can choose between the style
