This CV is based on the K-Phoenix-MKII(CV) by baddkarma74 found here: http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=761875077

The redesign retains the original redundant cockpits and passenger areas and adds additional SV lift capability.

Other significant changes:

- All thrusters are integrated into the hull
- Critical systems are redundant and in different areas
- Better armed and armoured

Main hangar door is 9 x 5, hangar floor area 9 x 9
Secondary hangar doors are 5 x 3, hangar floor area 5 x 9 each
