All Nations liberated and free + No starting Factions

This Mod liberates all nations who are in the game (except Palestine).
It will make Australia, Canada, India, New Zealand, South Africa, British Malaya, Dutch East India, Philippines, Mengkukuo, Manchukuo.
It will not liberate or free nations from other Mods.
The Mod will delete all starting factions( comintern, axis, allies).
It will not stop countries from creating new factions.
If other mods create new factions at the beginning of the game it will not delete those.
Not Ironman Compatible.
