Description
A traditional American mod themed with architecture and culture from the New England colonies.

Note:

This mod works with or without Colonial Charter 1.62 (The Forge Awakens)

If you arent using colonial charter, you will need to get the lumber resource from the trader.

Place this mod ABOVE Colonial Charter in your games mod list.

At the moment, this mod adds a variety of new houses with various sizes, configurations and colours. More content is planned.

Hi, i like this mod .. but i can only build the small houses .. i cant get any lumber from the trader .. he does not offer that .. can you help me?

Is anyone aware of a standalone sawmill that would work with this? Just getting into adding small mods without jumping fullbore into CC and would love to use these houses.

Sawmill is part of CC. If you do not have CC checked, then you have to buy the lumber from a trader. Else add a CC ver.

@gerardodc You get lumber by building a sawmill. Give it workers, make sure you have enough ordinary wood, and it will churn out lumber for you. Just be careful to make sure that it doesn't take all of your wood, because it does compete for resources with the woodcutter's shack.
