If you still see this after you disable the addon use the "Check for missing files" feature in Steam, it will replace the tf2 texture with the original files and that would fix it.

This is the tf2 shotgun texture. It replaces the textures because the w_model of the shotgun uses the same texture name as the hl2 shotgun

disable the addon when your done using the addon
