BaddoSpirito MP Mod Version 2.1.0

WT Changes
*********************************
- Sending volunteers no longer raise WT.
- Capitulation, annexation and puppeting no longer raise WT.
- WT no longer decays.
- WT periodically increases by 1.5 every 4 months until 1 September 1939.
- Danzig or War increases WT by 100.
- Ending wars now remove the tension generated from declaring the war so Axis has incentive to win asap. This has the unfortunate side-effect of increasing Ethiopia WT decrease from 2.5 to 10
so an event fires after Ethiopia war that increases tension by 7.5.


Economy
*********************************
- State categories overhaul.
- USA overhaul.
- Germany starting factories slightly increased.
- Concentrated industry bonus increased to 18% from 15%.
- Synthetic refinery cost is now 17000 and a refinery produces 6 oil and 4 rubber.
- Infrastructure cost increased 20%.
- Soviet infra focuses derandomized and the one in collectivist tree buffed. This should make collectivist a more viable choice.


Land equipment and battalions

- Motorized and mechanized are now upgradable with army xp.
- Mechanized base stats buffed.
- 400% hard attack equipment bonus of inf. equip on mechanized battalions is removed. Now mechanized equipment itself has hard attack to compensate.

- All versions of artillery and rocket artillery soft attack set to patch 1.3 values.

- Medium tank and all variants IC costs changed from 12-13-14 to 13-14-16.
- Super heavy tank battalion now requires 10 units instead of 15.

- Soft Attack increase of gun upgrade on SPART is now 5% per level instead of 3% but reduces speed by 5% instead of 2%.
- Light SPART SA values changed from 42-56-63 to 42-50-65.
- Medium SPART SA values changed from 56-72-84 to 60-76-94.
- Light SPART now requires 42 units per battalion up from 36.
- Super heavy SPART now requires 8 units per battalion down from 12.
- Modern SPART now requires 24 units per battalion down from 40.

- TD battalion units required changed as follows: Light: 30 to 24, Medium: 24 to 20, Heavy: 20 to 16, Super Heavy: 7 to 6, Modern: 24 to 20.

- AA upgrade on SPAA is now 10% per level instead of 30% per level.
- Super heavy SPAA battalion units requires changed from 4 to 3.
- Modern SPAA battalion units required changed from 12 to 10.

- Motorized rocket artillery SA increased to 54 from 50.
- Motorized rocket artillery equipment now represents the truck + rockets instead of just the rockets and is upgradeable with army xp. Base max speed set to 12.
- Motorized rocket artillery brigade now costs 24 motorized rocket artillery equipment instead of 20 mot. rocket art. equip + 15 motorized equipment.


Land combat

- Offensive trait on field marshals now reduce combat width by 9.09% instead of 10%.


Army xp, training, templates
*********************************
- UNIT_EXPERIENCE_PER_TRAINING_DAY set to 0. Training no longer gives army xp.
- TRAINING_ATTRITION reduced from 0.06 to 0.01.
- BASE_DIVISION_BRIGADE_GROUP_COST, BASE_DIVISION_BRIGADE_CHANGE_COST, BASE_DIVISION_SUPPORT_SLOT_COST all set to 0. Creating/modifying army templates are now free.
- MAX stored army,air,navy XP all increased to 999.
- UNIT_EXPERIENCE_PER_COMBAT_HOUR changed to 0.0002 from 0.0001. This should help with the units losing too much xp from dying problem.


Navy
*********************************
- ANTI_AIR_TARGETING increased from 0.9 to 2. Makes ships better at shooting planes.
- INTERCEPT_CONVOYS_BALANCE increased from 2.0 to 10.0. Makes raiding troops 10x more likely than raiding supply and trade.
- COMBAT_CHASE_RESIGNATION_HOURS increased from 8 to 72. This means you cannot disengage from a naval battle for 72 hours after you start retreating unless you can run to the border of battle area.
- COMBAT_MIN_DURATION increased from 8 to 36. This means you cannot start retreating from a naval battle in the first 36 hours.
- CONVOY_EFFICIENCY_REGAIN_BASE_SPEED reduced to 0.02 from 0.04. This should make supply-starving troops through convoy raiding more reliable.

Air
*********************************
- COMBAT_DAMAGE_SCALE increased to 0.15 from 0.10. This should increase air casualty rate by 50%.


Logistics
*********************************
- Marsa Matruh is now its own supply region and starts with 0 infrastructure.

Map
*********************************
- Many small AI nations removed/merged to reduce late game lag.
