Ok, how do I say this?
Imagine apples.
Now there are apples from a special farm that have two things, one which is a toxic liquid that kills you if there is too much and the other which is sweets.
We take in forum regulars that have a lot of sweets or we hope have sweets, and keep out regulars who we have a feeling are filled with with way more toxic liquids than sweets. If we know a regular has 40% sweets and 60% toxins, we may bring him in as we might see it to be worth it since we could really enjoy the sweets and survive the extra toxins.
What is happening is about bringing in a user that we already fully know and seen to have 90% toxins inside him/her already.
I believe Brittany Spears wrote a song about you guys.
