Introduction.
Hello, and welcome to my first and hopefully not only build of Payday 2. This build is based on Hank J Wimbleton of the Madness Combat series. The build it self is focused on basically going ballistic, running around shooting everything, and even near death still firing rounds. Again this is my first guide, so apologies if it is not that good.
Mastermind Skills.

Stable Shot Basic

Rifleman Basic

We are mainly just improving our stability here, nothing special.
Enforcer Skills.

Underdog Aced: Your gonna be running into groups of enemies spraying like nothing else, your gonna need the buffs.

Resilience Aced: ♥♥♥♥ Flashbangs.

Die Hard Aced: Just because you can dodge does not mean you dont need armor, and your gonna need it.

Transporter Basic: Never a bad idea to be able to throw bags farther.

Scavenger Aced: Use a lot of ammo, pick up a lot of ammo.

Extra Lead Aced: Use a lot of ammo, pick up a lot of ammo.
Technician Skills.

Steady Grip: Accuracy is a blessing.

Fire Control Aced: Essential to what comes next.

Lock n Load Aced: This is basically one of the things the build is based around, running, gunning, and more daka.

Surefire Aced: MORE DAKA!!
Ghost Skills

Duck and Cover Basic: Gotta be able to run for this build.

Parkour Aced: Another essential for this build, lets you run in any direction.

Inner Pockets Aced: Lower concealment means more dodging.

Dire Need Basic: Excellent for when you need to escape.

Sneaky Bastard Basic: Gives us a respectable amount of dodge for our concealment.

Second Wind Basic: Again, good for escaping.

Optical Illusions Aced: Allows us to lower our concealment even further for dodging.

The Professional Aced: Our weapons are silenced so this gives us a general buff.

Specialized Killing Aced: Same as above.

Fugitive Skills.

Equilibrium Basic: Useless, only used to get the next skill.

Akimbo Aced: More Daka, More Accuracy, More Madness.

Nine Lives Basic: Even when you go down after Swan Song you can finish what you started.

Up you go Aced: Your probably gonna fall a few times, this lets us get a defense buff to escape if need be.

Swan Song Aced: Have you ever fired an Akimbo MP-5 with never ending rounds? It's glorious.

Messiah Basic: Sometimes your probably gonna be far away from allies because of your speed, so your gonna have to be able to pick yourself up.
Weapons.

Primary: Akimbo MP-5
Bigger the Better Suppressor
Accuracy Boost
Auto Fire Custom
Polizei Tactical Barrel
LED Combo Gadget

Secondary: The Judge
HE Rounds
Shh! Suppressor
Concealment Boost
LED Combo Gadget
Speculator Sight
Perk Deck.
Crook, Crook is a good Perk deck with a mix of dodge and armor.
Throwables, Deployables, misc.
Throwable: Dynamite (Or Molotov, I prefere Dynamite though.)

Deployable: Ammo Bag

Melee: Anything with 32 Concealment, I prefere the Kunai.

Ending.
As mentioned before, this is my first guide, and if you have any suggestions please let me know, I would like to make this build as good as possible.

Also literally nothing about the suit and the mask. disappointed.

Hank dodges a LOT and I don't think I've ever seen him to be actually using armor, since every time he does get shot, it's a pretty bad injury. I would recommend a perk deck that specialists in dodge the most.

Pretty damn late to the party here but I tried it out with Grinder and I think that works better than Crook when it comes to perk decks for this build, but really just use whatever you want

does this work with hitman?, maybe sociopath?

Why not Sociopath or Maniac?

Wolfie, he has infamy, it lowers the point requirement of top perks. Just drop some stability perks and get Sneaky bastards by buying Duck and Cover Aced. BTW, utilise DAC: sprint more = more dodge

this is great but can we have sanford and/or deimos, just a idea i had

So I'm not sure if this is something I'm doing or what not but I can't seem to get the artful dodger part of this build right. I follow the point allocations to the letter but it says I haven't invested enough into the skill tree itself to get sneaky bastard. It keeps saying I'm two points short, anyone know what I'm doing wrong here?

Amelia tricky build would be probably just a sociopath build-
