Needs the materials+ mod to get the coloured tiles working properly, I highly recommend getting it anyway as it gives you way more tile options for your prison.

A simple prison design of prison layers, each colour coded and self contained. it's pretty ineffecient and a smart warden could make it run a lot better, but the idea was to make a nice looking prison, not necesarily an efficient one.

Blue is minimum security, yellow normal, Red max, Green Supermax, Black Death row and white is the new protective custody wing (which was adhoc added after a while as i forgot to design for it)

Still some space to build up in the complex as well. And rooms sizes are quite big, so you can always make the rooms smaller and cram more people in.
