The second shot is an accuracy recovery method and new recovery rates for the AK-47, M4A1-S, and M4A4.

The accuracy recovery rate determines how quickly the accuracy of a weapon returns to its baseline value after firing.This means that shorter firing sequences are designed to recover the guns accuracy faster than if you were to fire longer sequences, this means that with the recovery rate for tapping or bursting or spraying, can be tuned independently.

Below are some pictures of the old and the new bullet accuracy,as you can see the yellow line, which is the newer accuracy is more accurate this time for tapping, however it is slightly less accuracte than spraying.

Explaining this in a quick and short way, with the new update, it allows you to tap faster with more accuracy, while before the update when you tapped faster it would loose its accuracy in a shorter period of time and continue into its spray pattern while being less accurate. However this update allows you to recover your accuracy faster if you miss your target instead of it continuing into its spray pattern you can tap or burst slightly faster while remaining accurate. This update is a good adjustment, as it allows players to develop their skill using a variety of methods of firing a weapon while increasing the effectiveness of using the method bursts, and taps.
