(2 - 8) Rakowice

Description
The Rakowice airfield close to Krakow in Poland became a battlefield in January 1945. The Germans have evacuated Krakow. Only a little garrison didn’t get the message in time to retreat to the Oder. The battered airfield is out of order for month now. However the bunker might still hold some weapons and fuel that might help to retreat to the Oder. A Russian recon unit was repelled last night. Now they know we are still here! They will attack again. Defeat them once more and get the hell out of there before the main Russian Army arrives! This Map is a rebuilt of the Red Orchestra 2 Map Rakowice. Created by Mocco

Perfection my friend, takes me back to the days of shouting obscenities at the Reds to lure them into the bunker with my MG42 set up at the end of the hallway.

you should add mayamev-kurgan, the map from RO2, i think that would fit in with coh2

I created the interier of the bunker almost as accurate as it is in the original ROH/ROH2 map.
I made it the most importent part of the map because during the most Rakowice battles in Red Orchestra it was the Bunker that was decided the match. I wanted to bring this meatgrinding experience to COH2 as well. Of course you don't have flamethrowers in ROH2 but hey its a COH2 map right. :)

Really fun. my favorite part on this map is the the bunker interior on the left side of the map. ( bring the flamethrowers). As well as the final push across the airfield on the far end of the map.

It doesn't look so difficult judging from the screenshot. But I don't know the game and so I don't know the gameplay. This means I can't imitate the gameplay of that game as much as this is possible in COH2. But thanks for the Idea. lets see what I'm up to in the future. I'm currently not building maps. I did 2 in the summer and those maps consume a lot of time. I'll start maybe in autumn or winter to make new maps.
