Update: I've just completed two versions of this ship. The first one is the Submarine version I was talking about in the first comment below (I replaced 14 blocks by ballasts and removed the top row of propellers): it effortlessly stays underwater at a speed of 9 to 10 knots. The second one is the Dolphin version, so called because it keeps on jumping in and out the water. The only difference with the first version is the removal of the bottom row of blades, and it's 4 knots faster. If azazazze, creator of the original ship, approves (by sending me a private message or commenting here), I will upload both versions to the workshop and share the 2 links here.

It's just incredible: If you can get it to jump up and down the waves, it reaches 25-26 knots. You can even use it as a submarine (navigate slowly to stay under the surface, though I imagine you can change the distribution of the weight a tad so it's easier to keep there; I'll try that right now).
