This is a chopped down version of my MOD More Historical Divisions (Military History Visualized) ;
which can be found here:

It contains only the more historical division structure and a mechanic change that allowed towed guns to move at speed 10.

Despite having this mod installed the game still says that Artillery moves at 4km/h.

another glitch found, seems to cause crash when selevting the French Navy 2nd regional Navy in the Brittany port. Tried combinations and this seems to be the one to cause it.

can you please change Holland to The Netherlands, holland is just a provence. just a slight thingy, other wise its a good mod
