There's a comprehensive readme file that explains all the commands, but if you want the short version:


1) Install VLC from here


2) Extract zip file to somewhere


3) Open config.cfg and give it a folder with some music in it, like the example


4) Launch from WinDJ!


If you want to micspam, there are additional steps.


5) Install VB-Audio Virtual Cable, available as donationware from here (scroll down to the orange download button)


6) Open WinDJHelper and find the code for the VB Cable you just added


7) Open config.cfg, remove the ; from in front of the audiodevice setting, and paste your code in there, like the example


8) Set the mic input of whatever you want to micspam in to the VB Cable


9) Make sure you run whatever it is you want to micspam in either bordered, or in a borderless window


10) For Source games like TF2, you'll need to paste the bind in the readme into your autoexec file
