(OUTDATED) Naval Rework Mod (v1.22)

The Naval Rework Mod is a mod designed to overhaul the Naval portion of Hearts of Iron IV. The changes are fairly extensive and will also have an impact on balance. In general, older ships (particlarly capital ships) are more useful, and carriers and AA are more brutal. The main desire behind these changes has been to provide more historical accuracy to the Naval part of the game.

-Extensively reworked tech tree, including a new 1915 date and classes
-Heavily revised naval stats based on realistic values
-Adjusted naval combat design factors
-Adjusted NF trees to support new technologies
-Adjusted aircraft stats, and the addition of carrier fighter jets
-Revised 1936 OOB for all major powers with new ship variants and corrections to existing ones
-Event based system to represent the interwar Naval Treaties, restricting research of the largest ships
-Addition of AA improvements to battleships, battlecruisers, heavy cruisers and carrier variants
-Addition of armour improvements to light cruiser variants
-Addition of gun improvements to destroyer variants
-Addition of operating range to submarine variants
-Various other fixes

-Large Destroyers
-Cruiser Submarines
-Coastal Submarines (subtech)
-AA Cruisers (subtech)
-Large Light Cruisers (think Brooklyn/Cleveland)
-Fast Battleships
-Large/Super Cruisers
-Pocket Battleships
-Heavy Carriers
-Light Carriers

Currently still missing are;
-Non-English localisation files (looking for help with these)
-Descriptions for some of the new classes and units
-Reworking 1939 OOB (currently not working with 1939 start)

Known issues;
-Some minor nations are still not updated (no one with a significant navy, as far as I could tell)
-Some nations are done to better standards than others. The following are due a pass to improve detail - UK, Soviet Union

Possible additions;
-Torpedo Boat and Destroyer Escort tech lines
-Revisions to ship design companies

The mod is likely to be incompatible with any mods that;
-Changes the starting OOB
-Changes or adds naval or air units
-Changes the tech tree artwork or GUI
-Alters the national focus trees (new trees should be ok, but may not work optimally)
-Alters the national ideas (design companies, national spirits, etc.)
-Changes unit art files

This mod is known to work fine with;
-Flavour Names extended
-DzK Counters
-Theater Shields Expanded
-More NATO counters
-More Division Icons
