4-Bit Binary Adder

Description
Adds two rows of buttons as binary numbers and displays the result on the wall.
There's no point to this level, it just demonstrates some Portal 2 logic.
UPDATE: Tractor beam implementation for less lag.

Clever usage of tractor beams. I built one using lasers and never thought of using tractor beams for it.
