How to make a monster 100% Legit!!!! Verified - UPDATED

This Guide you through the process of how to get VERY HIGH Sats for any of your players using the Training Room!!!

It is 100% Legit and intended to be!
First I suggest playing many seasons of MyCareer with high reflex in settings.
Don't use connections (leave all unselected) or offers.
Practice every single practice many times while you get more upgrades.
In one Practice / Training Session you can get the following amount of practices: (which DO mane a difference in Park to your starts Perminentey. Verified - Simply don't play another MCareer Game o.O.... i'll explain later on below how to make the monster.

1. There are 2 Training Sessions which are called out by the trainers in red. Recognize the type of training and the possible results from such trining. If you are really lucky.... and i am not even joking, You can get the first 2 training combos that is you get gold in both you will already have:
99 Mid Range Standing
99 Mid Range Moveing
99 3Pt Standing
99 3Pt Moving

2. The Barrel or High Jump although dont show a change in your stats the change is there. You can even get good Rebound Stats for those.
3.The speed running test
4.Dribblning test
5.Reaction test - tricky one

Anyhow the Idea is eventually when you are ready have al the badges you want (Dimer please eveyone get Dimer (with a date on it)
Then you simple sim or play to a point where you get 3 days in a row or 4 even i think after the big show, no?
Anyhow even 2 games in a row ff can be highly effective in your game if you work on the stats that changed, Like Post Control 99 and Post Fade 99, and work on post moves with it.

READ THIS PART ONLY - i made a mistake with the guide, sorry, my bad.
1. Your first step is buying Boosts on All of your Upgrade Column Disciplines.
Just to be safe, boost at leaat 5 boosts to each upgrade column,

2. Know your players stats!
If you do not know where to see your stats watch this video in my profile

2. Make sure before you enter the training room:
  • Make sure your settings are set to Rookie / Casual and I presonally suggest
  • Make sure you buy a 6 pack of each type of gatorade products
    - It tells you to do it in the reaction room but from experience, the harder drills i done myself went much better indeed especially the hight vertical flag poll where you jump as high as you can. and the speed i hope too.

If anyone can pass the Dribble Drill - without failing and getting Gold, siler or even Broze, ?

4. Make sure you know how to get gold on all these drills and know where to find all the slightly hidden extra drills after the 2 in the beginning that are compulsery

5.Go Do IT!. takes either a few minutes to test if it works. but if would stongly advice trynig all types of things.

6. Try to get gold on every event but quickly hit F 12 to take a sereen shot or the stats that should have changed. And you are done, Pay no mind what it said you won Brownz Medal and it say you only get +2 points on thise stats....+2 when actually theyou'll feel surprisde i guess, but it far beter than hacknig

7. Exit the practice/ training room.
an another couple of boosts o your upgrades and now have another look at yor stats.
You will be realy surprised im sure, because i was just as sceptiacal as anyone else.
8. Dont do anything or leave before - most definately do not play your next game

As for he questions about whether it wordks in the park or not I can bet my life on it that it does., it works in the park 100% opositive and its easy fro your toh and the question regarding and telling it does not work in the pat isabout it working in this mode or that mode, park or pro am
ALL i Know is it works in my park 100 percent.

Anyhow, the main 2 training events are shown this way. You can view and read them before deciding to practice or go for a connection. Then again, practice makes perfect, and many parts of training are hard to master.

Enter the Training Session are Read Carefully.


You should be able to find 5 different training challenges you get from going ot to people standing at the same.

up to different people (stat affecting) activities in each Training Session including the 2 Main Drills..
Here are some quick examples:

Beat The Pro - Easy to get Perfect 7 in a row. Don't mess up!


This is the Jumping Flag which effects several stats (shown later in the Guide)


It is right where you enter, Sometimes its the Barrel which can effect your Offensive Rebound!

One Minuete 3 Point Challenge
A really great one for 99 3 pointers.




One on One Full Court - Very easy to win!
remember though, if you pick the ball or block or anything you specifically do to defend and prevent him from scoring DOES have a small effec in those stats. Try to not let hm get one point, And dont worry about going outside the lines. Only if you force your controller in a direction can you step out...i think ^^


Now this is the Reaction Training Room
This needs much more explnation and is/wiil be described in detail lower down - Keep Checking for Uopdates.
It is located in that Mini Room where you shoud NOT enter untill you have first done everything outside of the training room because you can't get back out after.

Results Of Some of the Training essions - Shocking!
Here are some which you should get used to seeing:

1. The Sprint up and down the Court. (doesn't always show up but 80% guestime.
Although Silver only got me +2 I got some speed results.
The Lateralspeed, Speed, and Acceleration are effected each time.
99 Speed isnt hard to get, however ots the others.
you get some strage variationgs depending on your innitial lleap and turn around for the Accelleration Stat to go up. This can result in some very odd movement crossing lateral to horrizontal, something in a good way others,.. just in a really weird way...:P

2. Near the Entrance is the Barrel or the Jumping Flag.
The barrel takes a little long to get right every time. However Big rewards,
Including Rebounds!


3. Five Spot Combo - 3 Point - Now this is one of the essential you want to shoot perfect in it.
you WILL end up with 99 standing 3 and99 moveing midrange if dont right, not to mention other stats.


4 This is another stard late game situation and what you do in that game actually may effect many fiifferent things including steal.


5. Here are the results when you get Gold in this Training Session.
+15 to Strenght and most importantly 15+Post Control AND +15 Post Fadeaway
...now i know what you are thinking.
15+my stat is 74 so i'll have 89..... well incorrect.
If your performance is really good, its not just +15, you will get, 99 one all those.
This is VERFIED 100% and legit.


The reason that it is legit s that, to put it in a simple way and not too technical, there is a cap. 99 to all sats. However you can unlock that cap. when doing so you suddenly can see that your ...
reaction is 128
and maybe layups and Defense IQ way up there in the 160s....
with the cap on it reverts to a defult stat number due to the capping and it looks normal but often is not.
Uncapping is unwise, you destroy your player, and very quickly crash a game anyhow.
I do NOT condone cheating, I simply spent a lot of time understanding the workings of this game and (mostly so i could recognize cheaters) and looking for solutions.

I am ANTI Hacking!
Near the beginning of the release of NBA 2k16, slowly, super powerfull players kept turning up.
Have you ever seen the speed of an 7.3 Center? Running?
Make one and see.....you are so so slow with full upgrades 99 overall., inside, balanced or out,either way.... its slow as hell.

The ones you see that you think are slow for a center are also hacking - Simply they are trying to hide it. but it still looks fast. You know the type of person that wont admit they are hacking or know that its fine for people to talk about it.
Besides knowing how to hack doesnt mean you use the hacks in the park. maybe just in career he wanted a badge and hacking would make it easier to get it legit (and fun to get each badge))
and in career games wanted some legit badges (which lol i have news on that too!)

Besides I started hacking when every other second these people were obviously hacking and i would hack 2 attributes to try to keep up.
Then started the Fun Only attempt to clean the park of hackers.....
it worked well for a while but fell apart and not realistic wihout manpower, and people putting in free time.
Eventually, thats it, done. everyone is hacking and i dont want to be bothered to open cheat engine and mess aroundwith loadings and different stats and sh1t, and the Chinese hacker tool, essentially like a trainer is mighty dangerous to use some of the options but.... u know the uncappers when you see them.

TO THE POINT
I remembered from ages ago near the beginning of the releasse Me and Splash were talking about some Training nonsense 99 3point standing....i thought ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ (probably because I was using a hack on my 3 pointers only incasae i had t deal with people who never miss a 3.

Heck, now i see why there were so many trolls after me in the discussoin boards cursing me.constantly for this.... I just did the same thing to splash and didnt bother testing it....why when i hack it?!

Splash he came back 5 minutes later and goes i got 99 on 3 pointers! and he was a center i think or PF.
Still i thought so what, just hack, same thing.....
Well wrong!
See most people now dont even bother doing any training and buy the upgrades but I used to when I was building Players that are Legit.
I got an answer from 2K to several questionms i had about does weigght make a difference, handed ness, and is hacking a stat to 99 better or the same as a hacked stat of 94 and let the Boosted Upgrades add 5 Points to get 99? or how about 95??...
And Seasons and some random issues i seen changes in.stats slkightly and reaction of 99 on one player.

Great way to figure out what type of player yu want to build.

but the stats like reaction, Hands, Offensive Consistancy, offensive consistancy and many more stats are not listen in that link above, and those not listed and able to change depending on your game in My Career.

The 2K replied tell me all sorts like how weight makes a diference and handed ness dunking, and used a specific way of explaining that this is not just a game, but it is a real NBA life Simulator of a persons career.

This made me think ok you have a peak age and its definatly not after only a 3 or 4 season but much more. And a player focused on the game WOULD train every day, even if he already has the full 100 upgrades

....whoa..... simulation....wow...had an idea, sorry, to be continued but the rest does give you the basics of how to make it work and create a beast at the end of a season with 4 off days in a row....

Getting Started & Selecting the right Drills
Training, or Connections

On your Day Off highlight the training session and read the Drills Carefully.
This way you will know if you have a very good one you don't want to miss.
Besides, you need to practiece them a lot.
It would be silly getting 4 Days Off in a row and not having have practiced each drill. Otherwise you are bound to mess up 4 days which come around only once every season.
Make sure all your connections are off, or they get angry if you miss a meeting.

Alwayys remember to put your settings on Casual, Rookie before entering the Trainning Room

This is the one you are looking for if you are lucky. Dont ever miss this one..... its makes you a Shooting Monster!
If you get Gold on the 2 Training Sessions show in the screencapture above, you should end up with:
99 Standing Mid Range
99 Moving Mid Range
99 Standing 3 Point
99 Moving 3point

As you see knocking down 14 or 16 will get you gold as you can see in the 2 seperate occasions I did this drill. 99 Standing Point 100% and Legit!

The Reaction Room in Detail. unfinished.
In comparrison to other Practice Sessions this one is mainly accumulative.
This means that unlike how you do a Training Session and see the results before playing the next game in youur MyCareer, this has an effect over many many games.
Seasons even.

So since you are practicing anyhow, Try it out, you might feel the notice een though you can't visually see it.

Make sure you have checked that there are no other activities left to do before entering because once you enter that room it is sure hard getting out if at all. Trapped

As soon as you enter DO NOT move the joystick, controller, let it play out naturally.

Pass the wall one. If you get enough you move onto the next stage.

Once again - Pepople call this bugger.
Simple DON'T move the controls or touch anything when he walked from the reaction wall to the reaction computer.

The Boston Defense Wing Training Session
Read the graphic below.
You need to successfully prevent 5 hoops on Defense.
I found the easiest way was to try to pick them or flagrant foul.



Once you get Gold in the Boston Defense Session, check you stats afterwards and SMILE!
As promised.
And go use it in the park! Warning its only post fade, so practice on your own court for the best Post Fade Shot until you find one that works. (set your court to Pro not Rookie, or you will get the wrong sense of whihc one works and which doesnt)
I Think Pro Casual is closest to the park.

I know it says only plus 10 or 15 points yes due to cap reasons, you will get 99 in most cases even though 72+15=87...for some reason you get 99 Legit, and theres a reason for it but hard to explain here.

Tihis is the one you are looking for if you are lucky. Dont ever miss this one..... its makes you a Shooting Monster!

How to improve your Speed, in Detail

This one I still have problems getting the timming right. Tried adjusting the game speed mid trainning didnt help. Any ideas let me know.

Walk around after doing the 2 Main drills and walk up to a man that is usually in red to beging the Sprint Training.
Press Botton Left then Bottom Right Trigger Buttons in good fast even intervals.
The Accelleration changes depending on your start and turn around Speed.
The Speed Stat can easily get to 99 speed if you get gold but your Accelleration and Lateral might not have changed much.

This can lead to all sorts off different movement around th court.
Sometimes good sometimes bad.
How the Lateral Quickness is decided i think is from a different Drill

Really Easy on offense but you need to defend also to have an oppertunity to get the ball back.
Try to get all 5 in a row and use fake as it suggests in the description and i would also advise using your Tripple Threat Moves. Makes it eaasier

Beat the Pro - Catch and Shoot 3 Pointers
This is a great one.
You only need 7 baskets. Dont worry about doing it from the actual location they ask you to stand. It seemed to have no difference for me. But if you are in a location that you know you often miss from there, press A to drop the ball and move to a better position Quickly!

Updated - Results from people using this method.
Most of you get how it works but sometimes i get contacted if it aint working right or for other reasons. Pretty much though its really simple.
If It Is Not Working For You - Follow the simple instructions again.

Might be you consistency if you aren't getting the full results except for cetain situations.
It effects differen't builds of player differently.

I have no problem with most BALANCED builds to get shooting, dribbling, speed, rebounds.
Post seems to work on anything from 6.8 SG balanced and above. I haven't tested it below but i am guesing similar results if not, then close.
but 99 on the shooting - x4 - i couldn't quite get unless absolutely perfect and doing exactly what they ask.
If they want "Standing" make sure you have stopped.
If the drill is for a "Moving Jumpshot" make sure you are using the right control stick while moving.
Its very Specific.

Quick boring video - anyone can do this really easily.
The effects in park are really obvious.
If you get 3-4 days off in a row and boost in between, as long as you don't play another Career game, it will stay like that each time you load the player.

For the post Drill - Just Foul them immediatley or else its tricky.

Bosst in between each drill and don't play another Career Game.

Does it work in the Park?
Do it for yourself and see its undeniable when your speed changes.
Getting acceleration is a bit harder.

Keep in mind you want to take the Gatorade - I can't confim the results but it asks you to do so.
Sometime the jumping Barrel on Defensive Rebound doesn't work.

The Video I recorded shows the difference on the Post. I got Bronze before recording it and took post control to 99 instead of 95. ... I think the fade is a little higher too but if you get Gold you get 99,

In the Video is an Inside SF 6.10 and I do NOT get consistent jumpshots in the park no matter what my trainning reslts but you clearly see the Moving Midrange Jumpshot and standing 3 improve but not to 99.

With a balanced player however they are more consistent and easy to get 99 shooting.

The ball control is a hard one.

Important about Ball Control.
There is a drill that gives you 99 Ball Control however you still can't use it to burst really.
The drill Shown in the Video will give you the Boost abaility.

Also the boosting differs now depending on the move you are boosting out from.,
Test it with a Double spin. It still works since Patch 6 and rightly so.
Theres planty of time to know where a double spin is going so there really isn't a reason to patch the burst i think, and is a good marker.

Take The Gatorade for Practice! (not confirmed, comment if you find other results and please give it a Thumbs Up So more people see it and less people Hack, Thanks)

My career - those stats you gain are temporary. it says so under the descriptions for the training. it tells you exactly which attributes will get a TEMPORARY boost.

It always says after having completed 5 training sessions sth like "get your upgrades in the players attributes menu " how do i activate the upgrades i earned from the training sessions or does it do it automatically ? sry im a beginner :(

Look, it takes 5 mins to go do 2 drills right? Clearly lucifer has never even entered a Practice room before as many people these days dont bother to, but its a matter of a few mins to do the 2 drills they ask of you, and then you will always find 3 otther drills that also give attributes like defensive rebound, vertical., speed, acceleration, offensive rebound and ball control and lots of other stats like offense consitance for example.
