Wiremod Turret v3

Description
Updates: Added the ability to aim up and down. Controls: "A" to turn Left, "D" to turn Right, "W" to aim up, "S" to aim down, and "Mouse1" to Shoot. Warning: Must have Wiremod installed! Original concept and idea by Rhai, and shown in the guide "How to: Basic Wire Creations". Built by Scruffy, The Janitor.
