Officers do most of the Verification but typical,ly don't have much time to do so and really we all rather justy play a cean game sometimes and have jobs and familys etc.
However Moderators Can Verify too! - in most situations anyhow

Officers that need to verify, need to understand CE and all descriptions & tricks people can do very well.
In this case when I say verify, I mean verify a person with a player without any "Star" rating description in the Park.

Those with the word "Stars" in their Park player description we need to check with a quick live video stream.
When you are chatting in the chat box tell them to click the little white arrow and select Invite To Watch.

So they dont use some tricks.... you need to do it this way.
1. meet them in the park. - if you cant find each other, go to Ante-up and you will find each other easily. (or try the play with friends menu)

2. Look at the Description of the player in the Park.
As long as there is not a Superstar or Star of any type and of course NEVER a One Of A Kind unique) - then it is really simple

3. Ask them how many players do they use? If more than one, wait and ask them to bring the other player to you. and check his descrition off all players he /she "uses".
Even if they say to you, my SG is 67 overall and pg only 73 and Center only 55....
you still need to see them with your own 2 eyes.
in the park, their description.
Why? -
- because at least you have seen it with 2 eyes - we stick to the rules.
IMPORTANT, take 3 screenshots (you the officer/ moderator) of the player you met in the Park

All those verrified will have screenshots you made (not them),
You theed to be standing next to them in the Park during the screen shot)
All screenshots we willl collect into a database of Clean verified players.
This way if there are any suspicious changes there will be no problem using cross-referrences or misunderstandings and some people's description will change, but typically only to a lower rep - which is normal.

So after you have seen all their players DONE! Verified! Finished!

Easy Right?!

Note; (if they only use only 1 player and never use their other players in MyPark or Pro-Am, this IS acceptable and easier for everyone. But he must promise to use the verified player only in the Park and Pro-Am

We are using a system of trust, honesty and faith in the community
Believe me when I tell you that every day Officers are sent details about suspicious people using FONC or FunOnly but ARE moderators.

Often those found as suspicious or cheating are coming from trash talkers in the main forum of NBA 2K!16
They will laugh and "hahaha your group doesnt work!!! hahhaaha FONC is ♥♥♥♥♥!"
"You have our Russian exchange student, Dimitri Sukmioff in your group and he is a cheater"

So you say,"oh thank you from bringing this to our attention!"
& give a smile and hopefully they will realize they just helped and proved the group is working very well and very effective due to them trashing FONC.

Ask "is he a group Member or Moderator? (to save time, because they typically have not understood how the group wowrks or even bothered to read the rules.

And simply go to Manage Group Members and find him. If using the Search option doesn't work, look for him manually.

and see if they are a Moderator or just a Member. Remember anyone can be a member. And i mean Anyone! ... yes you, you know who you are!!

So we simply check the situation and if they have made a new player we check them again, but most of the time it is the funny thing we call Luck factor, and you should always re-consider before being suspicious.

They are done, finished, simple.

Most of the time they use one or 2 players. If they have a regular type of park description, then you just meet in the park and say congratualtions you have been verified. and then make them a Moderator in the Manage Members area. Or Ask an Officer to to do it, if you can not

Finally ask them to choose from the 3 possible tags. FunOnly - FONC or = FONC capitol letters in Any nickname.

The 2v2 Addiction Group is for players that prefer to play 2v2 and want to mainly play 2v2 games and find easily other players that enjoy 2v2 Court games too.

You know how it is when you want to play a 2v2 game, and each time you accept an invite, you find yourself in a 3 or more person squad.
Using this tag will save a lot of both, because lets face it, once you in a while you just say to yourself "fine Duck it", and just play the 3v3 game and theres people runnning up and down and left and right and total chaos.
If one side gets slightly ahead it seems suddenly like they want to lose and start doing dumb arse things
And the team a few points behind go rouge and a ball hogger says "Duck it! All for one and One for MEEEE!" or something like that.

Once verified they wil automatically be made a Moderator of either Group, depending on the Tag they prefer to use

DON'T tell the subject you are verifying anything about it yet - if ever.

Look at the player's Boots in the Court & Park, but mostly just the ones Showing in the Court.

• If you see a long list of boosts all the same number Press 12 and capture it.
  
• If you see any Boost over 99 press F12 and capture it.
  

Don't tell the person anything about it and contionue as noirmal.
If the playyer's boosts add 5 points to each stat but do not appear as bootsted in the stats list, Either pass his player onto another experienced Officer or to me if I am availabe.

Verification, once done is the easy part once done a few times.

However the trouble we are having most is with the amount of people than want to be Verified and are unable to uise the Tags.
Also people are in no wood for dumb arguments or are worried to add FONC bexause their friends dont like it and / or they see people like Gusto using ♥♥♥ FONC as a nickname

What I spend much time doing while also verifying, is clicking Manage Group Members.

If you see any Officer or Moderator, verfied but not using any Tag in their nickname, contact them and ask them to please add one of the 5 available Tags.

Another thing to do while going through member is looking at any member in the group already using FONC or other tag and has is still a Member only.

Ask them if they would like to be Verified!?
Ask them the quick following questions
1. How any players do tiy use in the Park and Pro Am
2. Simply ask them if they know if they are Stars of any type in the perk descripyion
(which is different than the name which appears in MyCareer).

3. If it seems simple with No stars Verify them quickly in the park a described above and then ask them to type "Please Verify Me!" in the comments section.

There is a few reasons why you are asking them to do it but mostly - it is to show other people in the group that havent been asked to doesn't know what to do, will understand when lots of people keep addiing Verify Me Please in the Comments Section of the Main Page.

Also if you dont have ime left or there are stars to be checeked or language diffficulties as if another moderator can help in the comments section.

We need a List of All Verified Playes
The reason we need a simple list showing each persons Nickname and Profile Lnik
is due to the fact that as a member, te onlly way to see them i belive is through tiny icons. A list would be more helpful

And please everyone Dont Use Hastages in your nicknake. It m,makes you very difficult to find.

There are people that disagree with this process and against it. Maybe just say it will never work or get rid of the hackers, cheaters.

All sorts of fecal matter hits the fan and splatters on everyone leaving everyone a bit stinky for a few days when this topic comes up.

So let me make it very clear.

We aren't against hacking.
We are not treying to Srop Hackers from playing
We might hate hackers some of us. And a large majority of us know how to hack MUCH better than you / they do.

But actually, this has nothing to do with some kid who enjoys being over powered and feels a sort of accomplisment from winning games that way. We don't know what other people lives are like. Maybe hacking this game is one of the few joys he gets.
Or maybe its a thing they did to keep up with all the other people changing many stats to 99.

The point is for clarification it is all about - Fun Only!

Those of us who are happy playing some games with people we dont need to be suspicious about and just enjoy the game, because lets face it, the game is pretty nice.

The soul purpose is to be easily identifed as a "clean" player while roaming the court, and to be able to play with like-minded friends, with or against. For Fun ;)

Give them the Stink or Point and laugh standing emotion to help each other getting stuck playing against rediculous odds.
We all help out each other that way.
