Laser Sounds For All Weapons

Laser sounds for every weapon in the game. Unlike other half-arsed laser sound mods that are for 1 weapon or constantly glitch, this will make you smile :D dual pistols now have proper sounds. I realize some people might be annoyed with how all encompassing this is but since it's designed for the laser mod which affects all weapons I packed it together. use gcfscape to unpack the files and remove the sounds you don't want or experiment to see what overrides since it won't crash with conflicting audio files iirc. Now has reasonable volume for the rifles which were inexplicably loud compared to other weapons.
