'Boss' Giga Tweak

Description
No longer maintained. Likely doesn't work as intended.

*Deprecated* If you want something done about vanilla gigas and want updates try my other Giga mod. I do not update this one anymore in favor of the other one.

This mod overhauls the stats and rage of Gigas.

Rough list of changes:
*No reduction to health or damage on tame
*Base HP reduced to 28k
*Base Damage reduced to 800
*Tamed and Wild stat scaling increased heavily to roughly half the % of Rexes
*Halves fall damage
*Rage depletes much slower but takes far more damage to trigger. (60-80% HP in one fight - Depletes at 1/10th vanilla)
*Still damages stone

Do not use this with my other giga tweak mod. They use the same internal names and will cause conflicts.


I am very interested in getting feeback. So leave your opinions, complaints or reports and I'll do my best about em.

This mod remaps the Giga spawns so these tweaked gigas should spawn in place of vanilla gigas. However any gigas already spawned will remain their previous type.

When bred they should yield these tweaked Gigas.

Im using this mod with jurassic park expansion, and one giga spawned, but I cant do any damage at all to it, but to everything else, so I cant even tame it, any help?

I'm not quite sure what you mean but you're welcome to use the files in the creation of another mod if you want. If you can somehow recover them from the mod. I don't have the source files anymore.

As long as it replaces the vanilla spawns (even if not I can manually replace in game.ini) and breeding works I can't see what could be wrong.

I just somewhat tested it, in playersonly I summoned the TweakGigant_BP_C, and it was level 75 and had 33k hp which appears to be correct. I did not however exit playersonly or test anything else.

I wouldn't personally trust it to work still but it has at times in the past when I thought it wouldn't. If you want to try it I would suggest doing so on a backed up save or an alternate save. I've not had the devkit installed for years now or I'd be more helpful. Sorry.

anyone know if this mod still works fine? I was using the old one but now with extinction out with the corrupted gigas, the normal ones are extremely underpowered. This is much closer to the corrupted gigas (they have 35k hp, this one has 28k hp)

If you want to spawn in a giga search the net lots of info on how to do it.

Can i please have a Giga spawn code? just a normal giga, i cant find one and i want one so bad. :steamhappy:
