It's a good add on however the Bars aren't measured correctly for the original HUD. If this can be fixed I think it has great potential

why do they look misaligned on anything that uses the default hud?

Linking it here in case anyone is having trouble finding it on the Steam workshop. I usually have it together with the Slim HUD.

The HUD that you might've seen in other screenshots where it doesn't look like the default rectangle is the Slim HUD:
