How to get engines to work from the Steam Workshop
By DaScorpi0n
Hey guys! I noticed some people were having problems with subscribing to engines in the Workshop but they dont show up in game. Hopefully, this guide will help you solve this problem!

1. Click Start and type in Computer and select the first option, or navigate to Windows Explorer

2. Next we will navigate to where all the steam workshop files go to. So for me it is:
Computer > HDD(E:) > Program Files(x86) > Steam > SteamApps > common > Automation > GameData
Yours should be something similar to this.

3. Find the Workshop Item that you have Subscribed to that doesn't show up in Automation and double click on it to open it.

4. Normally there will be a file inside called 'metadata' and a folder called 'Engines'. Right click on the 'Engines' folder and click on Copy

5. Next, navigate to your Documents folder, and then inside the Documents folder should be another folder called 'My Games'. Double click on this folder.

6. Inside, there should be an 'Automation' folder. Double click on that.

7. Final step is to right click on an open space inside the 'Automation' folder and click paste.

There you have it! Now when you open up Automation, you should see the engine in game! The only drawback to this is if the Author updated their engine on the Workshop, you would not recieve the updated version. But if the engine is working once you have done this, I dont see how this is a big problem!

I hope this guide has helped!
