Looks like to took that from the old VA hospital building up near the international district up towards beacon Hill. I live on Beacon Avenue further south near skyway. Lived in Seattle my whole life except for some stints in caifornia in my 20s and Seattle really is a wonderful place to live. It's started to get it's fair share of big city problems but every major city has that in the US now. Homelessness is such a major problem now because of the greedy landlords and the fact that the republicans got the state constitution changed in 1980 that made it illegal for any city to limit the amount of rent a landlord can charge OR the amount they can raise it every year. With limited space and lucrative jobs in the area we've seen an explosion of people moving here and supply and demand has caused rent in the entire area to skyrocket. even back in 2018, the last time I was looking for a place, a 3 bedroom 1 story house with a small front yard and small backyard in White Center, $3000
