Introduction
Hello there outlaw! I am SirDukesAlut and my main is Kid Red. I decided to make a quick guide for Kid Red since some of the other ones are a bit out dated. So enjoy and leave some feedback!
Disclaimer: This guide represents my opinion on how to do well with Kid Red in the most variable situations.
Why pick Kid Red?
Why pick Kid Red you may ask? Well he's a very easy outlaw to play but hard to master. So I really recommend new players to pick him up to understand the basic gameplay of Secret Ponchos.
"Kid Red is the Ryu of Secret Ponchos"

Here are some Pros and Cons about Kid Red.
Pros:
Easy to play/learn
Can change up his playstyle on the go. Such as, being a really good support or can go full aggro in 2v2/3v3.
Stun shots on his pistols
Has decent base stats
Good mobility (speed, stamina, and stamina regen)
Great damage, can out DPS Gordo
Has red hair

Cons:
Okay health, can get easily chunked down by some outlaws (warmonger, poncho and wolf)
Learning when to change up your playstyle can be difficult
He can be out ranged by a lot of outlaws
Relies on his stun shots
Is a Kid not a Squid
Movelist and Weapons

Kid red's movelist is not that complicated as some outlaws are. His moves are just straight foward.

Primary Weapon: Dual Pistols
Rapid Shots: This is Kid Red's main damage out put. His pistols have 12 shots in total. So unload into them. You can also hold the fire button (LMB/RT/R2)
Twin Blast: THIS RIGHT HERE! This is what will help you in so many situations and the main way to counter a lot of outlaws. Be careful though...VERY CAREFUL! This move requries not only 2 bullets in the clip but also a stamina bar. So make sure you only fire this ONCE not twice. Once you fire it switch to Rapid Shots and just unload into them. It's not worth wasting 4 bullets and 2 stamina bar just to try to stun someone. Keep an eye on your stamina before planning anything.

Secondary Weapons: Dynamite Sticks
Dynamite Toss: This is Kid Red's main zoning tool. Very good but also can be very bad in 2v2/3v3 since it can hit your team mates too. You can also throw this not over walls but also behind cover too. If you have this out the enemy can see you behind cover so be careful of having this out.
Devils Spark: Or as I like to call this move The Holy Hand Grenade
Remember not to charge up this for too long! If so then it will just explode in your hand.
Devil In Your Pocket: There is NO USE for this move besides to be a total troll. It requires you to go in, press secondary fire and then running away. It requires 1 stamina but the dynamite charges faster. At lower level plays it can be a great way to suprise the opponent. At higher level it's not that good since everyone can see it on them.
Kid Red vs The World (1v1)
vs Deserter
Now this is really tricky. The main goal is to rush him down, make sure he doesn't heal! He has a really long range with his snipe shot! A stun on his dash, a medkit and a movement speed/defense boost. How must you fight him? YOU DON'T! Nah joking. The trick is to be ALWAYS MOVING. Try to dodge his snipe shot, use your dynamite to make him either dash farther away, dash closer, or to dash where you want him to go. Once Deserter activates the his Herione, chase him down and make sure he doesn't heal. If he does heal then go back to just throwing dynamite and trying to zone him towards you or away.

vs Gordo
Super easy ever since his nerfs. Wait for him to throw his molotov and then go in. It's okay if he slams you. Once he does STUN HIM! Then switch to your Rapid Fire and unload into him! Remember to dash left and right. You'll have about 3 dashes but you regen stamina while your aiming so you SHOULD have at least 1 stamina left to dash out. Use the dynamite just for poking or a way to block his path so he can't run.

vs Gunman
Very easy, just dance with him. Don't get marked, cook your dynamite and keep zoning him. Try to let him throw out his mark, if he hits you then just RUN and throw dynamite. If he misses then just go in stun and unload into him. Be careful of his fan the hammer since it can knock you back.

vs Kid Red
This is a tricky match up since you both would probably be doing the same thing. Zoning with dynamite trying to land the stun shot. What you need to aim for landing the dynamite on him, or just dodging his stun shots and landing YOUR stun shot. Then go ham. Rinse and repeat.

vs Killer
Killer will be trying to lame it out like xTekken. WAIT for killer to throw out his knife. A thing to remember is to always keep at least 3 stamina. Use 1 stamina to dodge his knife, use 1 stamina to stun shot, then use the 2 to dodge his shots and dash out. If you keep aiming you should be able to get 1 more stamina so you can either play it safe and dash out or you can still unload into him. Always try to be on the aggressive with him. You don't have to use the dynamite to zone him but it is good just to throw out every now and then to block off paths.

vs Mad Trapper
Easy game easy life! Since Mad Trapper has the lowest health in the game just keep putting pressure on him and stunning him. It takes about 1 1/2 of a clip to kill him. A thing to look out for is where he dodges. Mad Trapper is the ONLY outlaw that can dodge over his own traps. Also listen for him saying "GIVE ME A MOMENT(?)" I don't know what he says exactly but everyone can hear it and it means he's hiding traps. Try to not let him put traps down and hide them or to let him charge up his gun for max range.

vs Matador
This match up is all depends on the Matador. Make sure you can hear your game's audio or have the sound effects turned up. Key audio ques are the castanholas (the clicking noise) that tells you that she's charging up an execute AND you can hear it while you're blinded. Matador is a very fast character who can instant kill you. The goal here is to actually play it defensive for most of it. Always try to keep your stamina up. Try to dodge her pounce, if she misses her pounce then captilize on that! Stun here then unload at least 5 bullets (depends how you feel and the matador) then RUN! IF she lands her pounce on you, expect to get blinded. Once you get blinded it's mostly a guess and check game. What you would want to do is either just fire around you to see if you can land a hit and get a good idea of where she's at. The best option I've found out is that typically Matadors would like to blind you and then run back in the opposite direction. Listen for the execute, try to dodge it. If she misses her execute just unload into her, you can choose to stun her but I prefer to just fire at her for maximum damage output.

vs Phantom Poncho
This is based on how Poncho is playing. If they Poncho is just staying at a range and using lead hammer/his whip to hit you or Poncho would just RUSH YOU. If the Poncho would just try to poke you down try to land your dynamite. Very difficult since lead hammer/whip have MUCH longer range than you and with lead hammer poncho can get knocked back and stun you. If the Poncho is rushing you down aim for the stun shot when he does. Once he's stun just unload into him.

vs Warmonger
Warmonger revovles around him throwing everything then running away. Just wait for him to jump onto you and once he does stun him before he can swing his club. Remember to dash left and right so he doesn't hit you with his club or his axes when he throws them.

vs Wolf
Wolf is the hardest match up in my opinion. She's a glass cannon, high damage but low health She has MUCH larger range than Kid Red and can kill him in about 3 or 4 crit shots. So the goal is to stun her, unload then RUN. Like with Killer make sure you have your stamina up but wait for the wolf to come to you! Always hide behind cover and when she comes to you dash out of the cover and stun her, then keep unloading into her. Once you at least land about 3 or 5 shots dash. Rinse and repeat until you run out of stamina then run away and use the dynamite to zone her. Every time you get a stun off of her try to go in and kill her.
Recommended Skills
7 Damage and 5 Health.
This is the set up I run. Since each skill point now only gives 1% per perk point you'll need health and damge. The game revolves around dealing damage and taking damage. Since Kid Red has good damage why not amplify it? He has okay health so just give him more for more survivability.
Note: When you don't know what to spec into an outlaw? Just do damage and health!

7 Damage and 5 Speed(or stamina regen)
This is more of a mobility set up. The damage of course for the damage and the speed to help you move around. You can also do Stamina Regen which is also good against Matador since you always need to be moving and dodging.

7 speed and 5 health.
This is my trolling build aka WITNESS ME! Revovles around you running into the enemy team and blowing yourself up! Just a little something to entertain yourself. Speed to be able to run in and health to make sure you survive more shots/dynamites.
Quick tips
Overall remember
To keep an eye on your stamina
Use your stun shots wisely
Use your dynamite to zone
NEVER use Devil in your Pocket
Keep moving!
Don't use your stun shots 2 times in a row. You'll be wasting 2 stamina and 4 bullets
Always change up your playstyle on the go, never stick to one style in a match and go from there.

Thank you!
Thank you for reading my guide! Please leave some feedback in the comments this is a WIP guide I am planning on expanding/improving this guide as time goes on. See you in Lonetree outlaw!

Remember: This guide is just to help newer players to the game or to Kid Red get a basic understanding of how Kid Red is. Remember to always play what you want to play!

Special thanks to Dio for not only inspiring me to do a guide but also helping me kind of get the basic understanding on how to section this off.
