This mod adds additional loadouts.

Changes:

Spacecraft
- Free science (+40)
- Free production (+30)
- Free culture (+20)
- Free dip-capital (+75)
- Free affinity
Is not per turn.

Colonists
- Dip-capital +2 for every city
Per turn.

Cargo
- Old earth relic in starter city.

This experimental mod. I try add interesting loadout bonuses via LUA, and XML.
