Sin's Test Mod

This is an open test for mods I'm not sure work. If anyone wants to test them for me in actual gameplay and post issues and details, I'd appreciate it.

Current test is for Vassalizer, edits the options for releasing, 1 option should appear if all the dejure vassals are in the realm, the other if any of the dejure vassals aren't in the realm.
