Hmm good find... It definitely wasn't planned and shall be looked into for balancing. It can be quite difficult to test such card synergy sometimes especially when video game aspects can't easily be translated to the tabletop sometimes. Thanks for reporting this stuff, it really helps make AC!D a more balanced and enjoyable experience!

Also, we weren't entirely sure, but when one player (Meryl :sad_creep:) shot another player with her Desert Eagle (-1/2 LIFE), and this another player had Close-Range Soak equipped (double projectile damage debuff), it one-shotted said player. Was it right/supposed to happen? If it was, was it a wished effect in the design of Close-Range Soak or just pure coincidence it worked like this?

Thanks for the feedback Sick Wizard, I will look into a way to see if it can be balanced. Also you should note that 'reloading' your deck has a Cost of 10 but I can see how it wouldn't be enough.

Our party felt as if Meryl's starting deck, and her Character card that halves the cost, was too OP. When everyone's Costs are at ~100, and a player uses Meryl, this ~50 Cost difference is too much. When the stakes are even higher, getting Meryl in your hand basically means you can burn through your whole deck, shuffle and probably get one more Meryl or do some more shit.
