Modifications Made:
  • Color variation was added. The color of the garage will vary slightly each time it's placed.
  • Some of the parking spaces were removed to allow room for additional props.
  • The size of the plot was modified to prevent the parking garage entrance from overlapping on to the adjacent street in front of the building. This has the side effect of making the garage 1 tile wider than CS thinks it is. You must unzone the tiles directly adjacent to the left and right of the garage to prevent buildings from overlapping the garage.
  • Priority changed so this asset will be correctly grouped together with the other assets in the collection. They can be found on your Parks toolbar.
  • The statistics were modified to be consistent with the other assets in the collection.

Props Required
Many of the props used with this asset are from the default library of props. However, I am also using props from the Common Props and Trees Collection and it is recommended that you subscribe to all the props in this collection. If you don't subscribe to this collection, it will still work, but there will be a few props/trees missing.

The Prop Probability Changer Mod by boformer was used. Each time the asset is placed, it will take on a new look depending on which props grow. The user does not need to install the Prop Probability Changer mod to make use of this feature.

It would be nice if you could create a nice LOD modell for it, because atm the lod looks really bad

@SkiRich, Ah, you noticed it too!

After having over §5,000.00 train expense (without any stations or tracks), I started demolishing my city and it turns out this "Park" requires something, under the table so to speak, and whatever it is it makes the budget for the city train increase.

I had a city of +20k before I noticed that this was going on. I also believe that this garage increase the amount of cars that are used in your city (I guess it might be acting as a hidden trainstation as new people are coming into the city or are just visiting???). Kinda insane how many cars were flooding my streets, even with the insane transit coverage of bus, trams and metro that I have.

I had like twenty of the different garage models placed around my city before I noticed, I can not have a city with garages that secretly work with the train cabal to drain my budget!

I had some time today so I cracked open the asset in asset editor to see why cars aren't attracted. I noticed the following, Can you explain the thought process between your choices before I modify them?
The asset is listed as a Train Facility instead of Beautification, the entertainment radius and accumulations are zero and the tourists are all zero.
It is however the ParkUI
I did notice two cars parked today so the spots work, but not as much as I would like. There may not be a demand. Who knows, I have TM-PE loaded with eh parking AI turned on.

Hello, I use several of your garages, however this one does not seem too attract any cars to park. Its always empty. Can you tell me what is wrong? Was that planned?

The textures from far away are extremely ugly and blurry...can you fix this please? It's a really good garage!

All the car park I downloaded, they put 150. But I think, you'v got more, isn't ?
