Wiff, The Unstable Bully

Wiff is a bully who abuses power to affect the psychological of those around him.

The shaved hair and a big beard combined with the prison uniform imposes a gross appearance, but the clothes are ​​just pajamas made by grandma and his behavior is a lie. He is terrified when confronted.

His bald head is the confidence weakness and he uses any artifice to hide and complement the look .

Confidence reflects a bullie's influence against others characters/elements

Start with 50 confidence and varies 0-100. A overtime regeneration rate acts to estabilize at 50. Values ​​above 50 applies a negative rate proportional to the difference. Negative values ​​apply a positive rate.

Confidence increases as the frequency hitting another characters. Increases more against innocents.

Taking hits decreases confidence and causes fear.

Using a weapon at hands applies positive confidence regeneration rate. Because weapons are good... to beat on small people!

Picking flowers reduces instantly 1 confidence.

Have a hair implication too: Wiff is bald, which implies a decreasing confidence rate if not using anything on your head. Starts with a hat, a badass.. violent.. fluffy beanie. With pompon!

This character is an initial challenge for me building a mod.

I'm a developer, but this is my first mod project at Dont Starve.
The lack of API documentation its a real problem here, forcing to searching in all the junk from data files.
