To get the map right click on team fortress 2 then go to local files click Browse local files then click steam then go to steamapps then go to content keep clicking on the numbers until u find the map you are are looking for dont exit but do the same thing properties local files but then click tf then go to maps and drag the map u want into the maps and there u go.:steamhappy:

The reason you cant play them is because it's saved to workshop file and not tf/maps. If you have any complaints direct them towards valve.
