So, I've heard a lot about that achievement and I decided do guide about it. Hope it very helpful.

Step 1

Pick most popular map in CS. de_dust2
We defusing the bomb, so you SHOULD be a counter-terrorist.

Step 2

You must wait while some of terrorist plant the bomb.

Step 3

After terrorist plant the bomb you must kill him. By the way you actually kill his friends and they will not kill you!
After that go to bomb and wait, when timer of the bomb will be like BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP.

Step 4

Finally now you can defusing the bomb!
