Virtual Arsenal and Zeus on Altis

Description
Press Y for Zeus, and use the scroll wheel for access to the Arsenal on-the-go. Pretty simple in itself but fun for sandbox and creating scenarios with Zeus while using the Arsenal to provide yourself with weapons for any occasion. Is COMPLETELY, mod compatible. There are known issues like using PLAYERUNKN0WN's Battle Royale while trying to load the Arsenal, there's some bug and it doesn't load the VAS. No other mods are known of that have an effect on the VAS/Zeus use. Credits to VAS, Virtual Arsenal a. Zeus workshop for the Stratis version! The creator of that workshop content has intrigued me to want this on Altis as well, so I'm putting it out there :)

what I'd like for our dedi server is a va or vg to spawn vehicles in the apex coop missions for fun
