I saw it when I beat the whitcher 3: wild cu...hunt.
So, bug still in the game. If you will follow instructions of this guide you can reach level 35 and beat the game in one hour!

P.S. but I forgot screening so I asked my 5 y.o. sister help with pictures

Step 1

First of all go to Velen. Right in a picture.

Step 2

Second step. Go to map and find place like on my sister's picture. She's a great artist, isn't she?

Step 3

Now you should up on rock of power or bug will doesn't work. Then you must kill monster.

Step 4

Easy.

why would i want to beat this game in 1 hour ?
I'd rather play it longer to enjoy it more even few years or so until the next Witcher game comes out , i know its a joke but come'on.
