Aeizori is right.. the easiest one..after getting nade & pistol.. there is headcrab & barnacle.. just do save/reload ten times

A rather easy and quick spot is also at the very beginning, before you even find the first pistol and grenades. There is a Barnacle with a headcrab by it. At least, thats how I got my ten.
