The Garbage Disposal Gate

Description
Welcome to the future:
In the last decades mankind struggled with a problem which was literally piling up: Garbage.
The greatest researchers joined together to develop the most advanced machine the world has ever seen to tackle this problem.

It took many years of intense research and testing and billions where spent to construct this device. Despite all struggles, failures and setbacks they finally succeeded and introduced >The Garbage Disposal Gate<.

This ingenious device is not made to avoid garbage in the first place, but to get rid of it in a clean and efficient way. In its center: An artificial, but stable wormhole. Where it leads nobody exactly knows. Everybody just hopes we do not dump megatons of trash into some aliens’ backyard. Somebody might show up some day to complain …

Granted, it is a very complex machine and beside highly trained specialists it needs huge amounts of power to operate and a couple of 1000 m3 of water to cool the electromagnetic coils, but you can incinerate massive amounts of – well - just everything unwanted - 100% pollution free!

FEEDBACK WELCOME! :)
The GDG should be consider a "for fun" building and therefore it is not balanced very well.

But I´m willing to change the balancing according to feeback, so please comment and make suggestions! :)

Currently it should be slightly superiour compared to burning the garbage for electricty - that may change in the future.

Build and maintain:
250.000 to build, 4.000 / week to maintain

Operation:
Power Consumption: 160 000 KW *
Water Consumption: 8.000 m3 / Week
Garbage Trucks: 50 / Range: 5000
Garbage Consumption: 192.000 / week
Garbage Storage: 4.000.000
Workers: 10 / 10 / 10 / 20
Pollution: 0

*Please note, that due to some restrictions how Skylines works, the GDG has to produce power in order to work. So in fact it cosumes 176.000 KW and produces between 0 and 16.000 KW depending on the level of operation. The consumption is NOT shown in the building menu, but it is subtracted from your citywide power supply! Thanks to Mr Lowe for pointing that out.

As someone currently watching through stargate (on Atlantis now). The implications of this are hilarious.

I've been using this in every city since I subscribed in 2015! I never have to worry about trash! It's a brilliant device. Eternally grateful.

Must be hilarious...just imagine you're a Goa'uld overlord on some really nice planet where you can go outside your ugly space ship and relax on the beach or in the forest...but then every ten minutes the stargate opens up and literal garbage is flying through it. This is some top level shiat right there, love it.

What a great attribute would be is to lower the amount of garbage trucks needed. Maybe by increasing its load like 10 fold. Its aweful how the game need 200 trucks clogging up the roads

Why dont we have this in RL again?
