First you have to know the basics on penta-flipping shftd's body, you don't switchflip his body and expect yourself to switch flip it again without his corpse flying away.
Make sure shftd's corpse is high enough in the air, and in Switch's maximum jump height, from there,

Now you switch flip Shftd's body to the opposite direction of where he is going.

Now you have succesfully penta-flipped Shftd's body.
