Description
4 Bit Wide, 8-slot Random Access Memory array.
Needs better drive circuit. Currently data occasionally gets CORRUPTED! (It's a result of incorrect "Write" timing).UPDATE: Taking "Access Row" from the input clock, and "Write" from Counter Bit 0 fixed timing issue. This memory needs a setup time!
