Am I Gonna Make It, Doc? (Disease Prognosis)

Description
Details
GitHub[github.com]

Provides a prognosis for pawns with immunizable diseases.

Giant malaria outbreak in your colony? Instead of constantly checking the immunity level of your disease ridden pawns to see if they're going to pull through, now you can just quickly check if they're likely to gain immunity based on the current immunity gain rate.

By default, you'll only see a prognosis if the doctor who did the last tending is at least level 12, but this can be configured in the mod options.

I've noticed a few edge cases where the prognosis doesn't appear for animals. If this happens to anyone else, let me know.

This is a blessing.

The source isn't public so no, sorry.

I plan on it once I'm done tweaking the mod

Thank you!
Awesome mod

You should make some more screenshots for various situations and the warning and description.
Right now it is not quite appealing and informative for a glance.

"Prognosis? HAHAH! You're dead!"

*Malaria Riddled Pawn fucking explodes*

Yes, it works even if the disease is much higher than the immunity. It compares the time-to-100% for the immunity and the disease. Obviously, if the tending expires or is a lower quality, the prognosis could change.

For your 2nd question, if I'm understanding it correctly, no, it doesn't use a threshold. But that's a good idea, I might be able to add that.

Added a configurable "at risk" alert similar to the alert you get when a raid occurs. By default the alert occurs at 80% disease severity but it can be configured in mod settings. You'll only get the alert if the doctor who provided the tending was a high enough level to give a prognosis.

I also raised the default medical level requirement to 12.

1) Does it work even the disease is much higher than immunity?
Eg 94% disease but with slow growth rate vs immunity 83% but grows rapidly?

In other words, does it check approximate time for disease reaching 100%
vs immunity approximately reaching 100% and then compares that time or does it only compare gain rate?

2) is there some kind of threshold in calculations if disease time and immunity time are quite similar no matter the side that says “risky prognosis” or something like that to motivate player to use extra methods of busting immunity to make sure the risks are minimized?

Good idea. I'll see about adding that
