Clones and Drones Ultimate Capitalist Rebalance add-on

This is intended as an add-on to my Ultimate Capitalist Rebalance Mod available here:

This mod may cause crashes if that mod is not enabled. This mod adds support for the Clones and Drones DLC. To avoid crashes disable this mod whenever Clones and Drones or the Ultimate Capitalist Rebalance Mod is disabled or removed.

This mod does just a couple of things. First it allows you to use both the Property Tax policy and my Land Value Tax policy to reduce the effects of a Real Estate Bubble by tampering speculation on property and real estate. Under the vanilla Clones and Drones logic, only the Mansion Tax reduces the effects of the Real Estate Bubble situation. Any tax on land or real estate ownership should have similar effects.

Second, this mod reduces the rate at which the annual temperature increases as well as slightly reducing the degree to which C02 emissions affect the temperature. This makes it easier to implement free enterprise leaning policies early in the simulation and delay extreme environmental intervention until you have your budget under control and the economy is buzzing.
