Can there be changes to the Bulgarian & Romanian surrender mechanics? I was playing the Soviet Union and when they happened, they put me at war with Japan & brought back Poland and the Baltic states. I couldn't move my air because of this and lost more people.

for me the locasiation is completley bugged, like everything is wrong. "france" is called "We need socialism!" and "finland" is "neutrality". like thats what it says on the map lmao

No idea if it is your mod at cause but it seems like it breaks some of Reichkommisariat leader decisions, forces you to pick the local collaborator and their generic portrait for some nations like norway, netherlands or Bohemia

Also, after completing 'First Ljubljana Award', Yugoslavia still holding provinces deep within Italian-controlled Montenegro.
