Aimee Challenge

Description:
With this mod, you'll have to rely on AIMEE to do the bulk of mining until late game. Will you beat the challenge?

Game changes made by this mod:

  • Starting equipment will give you an AIMEE and the required logic/IC to operate, instead of mining belts and mining drill. You'll also get a pickaxe to use/suffer during emergencies. For brutal start, you'll get 1 AIMEEs. Normal start will give you 3 AIMEEs. On both setting you'll also get the needed equipment to set AIMEE up straight away and also some mining charges.
  • All player mining equipment recipes (drills, belts, mining backpack) were changed to require tier 2 ores (Stellite, Astroloy, etc) and they're all expensive. The only exception is mining charges that were left unchanged (The holes will make new challenges for AIMEE though, so use wisely).
  • Aimee were changed to tier 1 of Eletronic Printer and only need iron, copper and gold. Build your AIMEE army!


    Installation:
    Step 1 - Subscribe to this mod and it's dependency mod https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3488462828;
    Step 2 - Make sure this mod is below core and the dependency mod is above;
    Step 3 - Start a new save


    Recommended mod:
    If you want to also set the DeepMiner power usage, to better balance it with other endgame mining like Rockets, i recommend to also use this mod:

This mod need to be below core (otherwise you'll not get the starting gear with Aimee)

The dependecy mod "Aimee Challenge - Recipes" should be above core, otherwise you'll not get the correct printer recipes (you should see aimee on T1 Electronic printers for iron, copper and gold only).

If you have StationeersLaunchPad installed, it should adjust the mods to the correct places. Just confirm in the Workshop tab if everything is where it should.
