Description
The Government Plus Version of Blue's Imperial Heroes Expanded
Allows the player to only allow groups to be player only and you get them instantly without some RNG oh and you get 3 groups at the time
and yes you can have all SSD groups

so. playing with 11 mods lol and this mod doesnt seem to work. granted unless im just doing it wrong. my game doesnt crash and runs smoothly. Idk how to make it to where the groups are player only but ik how to make them aviable right off the rip plus make em only recruitable for 1 faction. Unless i can figure this out any pointers would be great.

Yeah.. I tested a little and some groups from BIHE working fine, some don't.. No idea why is so selective..

im confused, does this require Blue's Imperial Heroes Expanded too? why is there 3 steam id's?
