Office Fort (Builders Pack V3 Props Dupe Official)

It's a 4-storey office building that's under construction. It's great for fort wars with friends (it has several fortified areas to hide), roleplays, etc. P.S.: Don't tell anyone, but there's a secret room in the shipping container out back! Jump into it through a hidden crawl zone (Note: if you get stuck trying to get in it, try spawning the office so that the container is parallel/perpendicular to your initial spawn position).
