Skybox: Earth's Twin

Description
Another skybox made using the awesome simulation Space Engine[en.spaceengine.org]. Resolution is 4k again, I think the texture quality is pretty good, but I'd love to get some feedback from you.

This wonderful planet was brought to my attention by Steam user Powerman123. It is very similar to our home planet Earth, albeit a bit smaller. Temperatures are a bit higher, so you don't need to bring winter clothing. It would be very well suited for human habitation, only its atmosphere pressure is pretty low compared to Earth's. Still it is inhabited by multicellular life, both on its continents and deep in its oceans. The planet's days and nights are a bit longer than on earth (which is great, so you could finally get stuff done), though it has a second (small) sun nearby. The years are way shorter (176 days). It is orbited by 4 small moons.

Nearby you might be able spot a passing comet. I'd really like to know why it is glowing green.

The procedural object number of the planet is RS 0-1-2-1178-5520-7-1124370-74 A3.

I made a Steam group for fans of Space Engine and Space Engineers. If you have any requests for specific skyboxes or if you want to discuss how to make them please join: Space Engineers meets Space Engine

No, unfortunately it's just a texture. Actual planets are not yet possible in Space Engineers.

First you have to subscribe. Than create a new world (or go into the settings of an existing world), click "Mods" and add the skybox.
